For larger items or bespoke items, delivery will be calculated and detailed on your quotation.

I hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however should you wish to return an item please contact me on rachel@dovegrey.co.uk within seven days of receipt of your order.  Refunds may only be made for items returned unused, undamaged and in saleable condition.  Delivery charges will not  be refunded and you will be responsible for the return postage costs.
